These terms govern your use of vinaymediratta.com, bemoregurukul.com, learn.bemoregurukul.com, and every program, tool and service we offer. By using the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Be More Gurukul, a sole proprietorship owned by Vinay Singh Mediratta, registered at SF2, Second Floor, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014, India. GSTIN 09AGDPM6065G1Z9. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Be More Gurukul, and "you" means the person using the site or enrolled in a program.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to enrol in a paid program. By enrolling you confirm that you are, and that the information you give us at checkout is accurate.
3. What we offer
- Free tools. The Founder Leverage Scorecard and the CRAFTED Prompt Builder are free to use, with no purchase required.
- The 3-Day Founder Machine. A live online bootcamp. Sessions run live and are not recorded. Seats are limited and allocated in order of payment.
- AI Business Amplifier. A 90 day program of 9 missions, delivered through learn.bemoregurukul.com alongside live sessions.
- The Foundry. A higher tier program, offered by invitation. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on either side.
- Corporate Advisory. Engagements with companies, delivered on a monthly retainer under a separate written scope.
We may improve, reorganise or replace program material during your access period. The substance of what you bought will not be reduced.
4. Enrolment, prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and shown inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed.
We may change prices at any time. The price you paid at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to you, and later changes do not entitle you to a refund of the difference.
Your enrolment is personal to you. You may not share, resell or transfer your login, seat or access to anyone else. Accounts showing shared use may be suspended without refund.
5. Access period
Access to AI Business Amplifier runs for 24 months from the date of enrolment. The build itself takes 90 days. The remaining time exists so that real life, which will interrupt you, does not cost you the program.
We do not offer lifetime access, and that is deliberate. A container with an edge is what makes people start. If your access is about to lapse and something serious has happened, write to us and we will look at it individually.
The 3-Day Founder Machine runs live and is not recorded. There is no replay and no post-program access to session video.
6. How you may use the material
Everything we publish and provide, including frameworks, worksheets, prompts, recordings, tools and written material, belongs to Be More Gurukul or is licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business while your access lasts.
You may use what you build inside the programs in your own business, commercially and without paying us anything further. That is the point of the work.
You may not record, screenshot for redistribution, copy, resell, publish, or teach our material as your own, whether free or paid. You may not use our material to train an AI model or to build a competing program.
7. Conduct in live sessions and groups
Live sessions and cohort groups are working rooms. Treat other founders and their businesses with respect, keep what others share inside the room, and do not use the group to sell to other participants without being asked. We may remove anyone who does not, and removal for conduct does not qualify for a refund.
8. Third party tools
Our programs teach you to use third party tools, including AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and automation tools such as Pabbly. We do not own or control these tools. Their pricing, features, availability and terms are theirs to change, and any subscription you take is a contract between you and them. You are responsible for how you use them, for checking anything an AI tool produces before you publish or act on it, and for keeping private or confidential data out of them.
9. No guarantee of results
We do not promise, guarantee or imply any specific business result, revenue, income, client count, audience size or outcome of any kind. We make no income claims and we never will.
What you get is the framework, the instruction, the tools and the live support. What you get out of it depends on your business, your market, your starting point, and above all the work you do. Any example, case or story shared by us or by another participant describes that person's experience and is not a prediction of yours.
10. Not professional advice
Our programs and materials are business education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or medical advice. Take professional advice from a qualified adviser before making decisions that need it.
11. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site and the learning platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt service. Where an interruption materially affects a live session, we will reschedule it.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, share your access, behave abusively toward staff or other participants, or if a payment is reversed or charged back. Where we end access for breach, no refund is due.
You may stop using the site at any time. If you want your data deleted, see the Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any program, tool or service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or loss arising from decisions you take based on our material or on the output of a third party AI tool.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the material, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
15. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the foot of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects a program you are enrolled in, we will tell you by email, and the terms in force on the date you enrolled will continue to govern that enrolment.
