This policy explains what personal data Be More Gurukul collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
It applies to vinaymediratta.com, bemoregurukul.com, learn.bemoregurukul.com, letters.vinaymediratta.com, and every program and free tool we run.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Be More Gurukul, a sole proprietorship owned by Vinay Singh Mediratta, registered at SF2, Second Floor, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014, India. GSTIN 09AGDPM6065G1Z9. In the language of the Act, we are the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Founder Leverage Scorecard. Your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your answers to the 30 diagnostic questions.
- Program registration and checkout. Name, email, phone, billing address, GSTIN if you want a business invoice, and your payment record. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor and never reach us.
- Be More Letters. Your email address, and your name if you give it.
- Advisory and general enquiries. Whatever you choose to put in your email, which usually includes your name, company and the situation you want help with.
- Inside programs. Work you submit, questions you ask, and attendance records for live sessions.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, time on page, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address and request time.
Information that stays on your device
The CRAFTED Prompt Builder saves what you type into your browser's local storage so your work is not lost when you switch between examples. This never leaves your device and never reaches our servers. Clearing your browser data, or using the Clear all button in the tool, removes it permanently.
3. Why we use it
- To deliver the program or tool you asked for, including sending joining links, materials and reminders.
- To process payments, issue invoices and meet our tax obligations.
- To send you the newsletter and program-related email if you have opted in. Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To understand which pages and programs are useful, in aggregate, so we can improve them.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements.
4. The basis on which we process it
We process your data on the consent you give when you fill a form, register for a program, or subscribe. For some processing we rely on the legitimate uses permitted under the Act, such as fulfilling a purchase you have made and keeping records the law requires us to keep.
You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to vinay@vinaymediratta.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened, and if you withdraw consent for data we need in order to deliver a program you are enrolled in, we may not be able to continue delivering it.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade or share it with advertisers for their own use. We do share it with the service providers we use to run the business, and only to the extent each one needs it.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner. Your card number, CVV, UPI credentials and net banking credentials are entered on their systems, not ours. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction, the amount, and the billing details you provide for the invoice.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to work, and analytics and advertising cookies set by Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
8. How long we keep it
- Scorecard responses and enquiry records: up to three years from your last interaction with us.
- Program records and submitted work: for the duration of your access window plus one year.
- Invoices, payment records and tax documents: eight years, as required under Indian tax law.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
After these periods we delete the data or remove anything that identifies you.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate, complete anything incomplete, or update anything out of date.
- Ask us to erase your personal data, where we are not required by law to keep it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.
To exercise any of these, write to vinay@vinaymediratta.com from the email address on your record. We respond within 30 days.

11. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including access controls on our accounts, encrypted connections across the site, and service providers who maintain their own security standards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is free from risk.
12. Children
Our programs and tools are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to the Grievance Officer and we will delete it.
13. Data outside India
Some of the service providers listed above store or process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual commitments to protect your data, and on transfers permitted under Indian law.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the foot of this page. If the change is significant and affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email.
