This policy sets out when you can get your money back, when you cannot, and exactly what we need from you. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
The principle behind all of it. Our guarantees are tied to work, not to mood. If you show up, do what the program asks, and it still does not deliver for you, we refund you. If you buy and never open it, that is a different situation, and the policy treats it differently.

The 3-Day Founder Machine
The Machine runs live, in a room with 40 seats, and is not recorded. Your seat is held for you and cannot be resold once the cohort begins.
You qualify for a full refund if
- You attended Day 1 live, in full, and
- You submitted the Day 1 work, and
- You write to us within 24 hours of Day 1 ending.
No questions asked beyond confirming those three things. The refund is the full amount you paid.
If you cannot attend
- Before the cohort starts. Write to us and we will move you free of charge to any cohort within the next six months. One transfer per enrolment.
- You do not turn up at all. A no-show is not eligible for a refund, because the seat was held and a founder on the waitlist could have used it. We will still offer you one free transfer to the next cohort if you write to us within seven days.
- After Day 1, once the 24 hour window has passed. No refund. You have received the core of what you paid for.
AI Business Amplifier
The Amplifier is a 90 day build with a 24 month access window. The guarantee is designed so you can test the real thing, not just look at the syllabus.
You qualify for a full refund if
- You completed Mission 1 in full, and
- You submitted the Mission 1 work through the platform, and
- You write to us within 7 days of your enrolment date.
We will ask you what did not work. Not to talk you out of it, but because it is the only way the program gets better. You get your money back either way.
When a refund is not available
- After 7 days from enrolment, for any reason.
- Within 7 days, if the Mission 1 work has not been submitted.
- Where access has been shared, resold or transferred, or material has been redistributed.
- Where access was ended for breach of the Terms of Use.
Access to the Amplifier runs for 24 months. We do not offer lifetime access, and the reason is written into the Terms of Use.
Corporate Advisory
Advisory is a monthly retainer under a written scope. Retainer fees are non-refundable, including where a company chooses not to use the time booked in a given month.
You may cancel at any time with written notice before the next month begins. Cancellation stops all future billing. The month already paid runs to its end and is not refunded in part.
If we end an engagement, any period paid for and not yet delivered is refunded on a pro rata basis.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a cohort or an engagement outright, you get a full refund, without conditions and without you having to ask.
If we reschedule a live session or a cohort, you can move to the new dates, transfer to any cohort within the next six months, or take a full refund. Your choice.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@bemoregurukul.com from the email address you used to enrol, with:
- Your full name and the program you bought
- Your order or payment reference
- Confirmation of the work you completed, so we can match it to your record
We acknowledge within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days and go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it, which is outside our control.
Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the amount paid. Any payment gateway charge, foreign exchange difference or bank fee applied by your own bank is not something we can reimburse.
Chargebacks
If you believe a refund is due, write to us first. Raising a chargeback without contacting us takes longer for you and costs us the ability to sort it out directly. Access is suspended while a chargeback is open.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in force on the date you enrolled is the one that applies to your purchase, regardless of later changes.
